If you’re a lawyer, you’ll know very well the love hate relationship we have with recruiters. Joe’s different. He’s part counsellor, part cheerleader and part advocate – on your side though. Remains in touch but is never a pain in the backside (you all know the ones who harass you non-stop!). I never felt pressured once which, as we all know, can be how we feel when speaking with recruiters. Joe put me forward for a role I would have never considered because I thought it was out of my league, I would never have even tried. Yet here I am, having almost completed my first week and what a great week it has been. His communication style is brilliant and he listens to your wants and needs, rather than throwing you at every role that has a vacancy.
